Welcome to Common Denominator, formerly known as Top Honors
The Un-Gala is our signature fundraiser in support of providing free math tutoring and mentorship for all students struggling in math, an initiative that reaches students in the 5 boroughs, in NYC. The Un-Gala will be live-streamed on April 30, 2025.
Adults and children of all ages are welcome to join us for this fun and impactful event that recognizes those who've joined in the work of making math enjoyable, relevant, and real-world applicable. This event will feature kid-friendly fun and entertainment, tutor testimonials and an impact presentation.
You can help Common Denominator make a difference and prepare for expansion in the next school year.
Step 1: Become a Supporter:
To make a gift, click on the “Become a Supporter” button. Rather than purchase tables or tickets, we invite our supporters to join and fundraise for the event through peer-to-peer fundraising.
You can champion our worthy cause and enlist your friends and colleagues to donate directly to our cause. Feel free to elevate our event by posting your support for C/D on your own social media in support of C/D and invite your friends and family members to give.
Draft an email or text to your friends, family, and colleagues with a call to action. Direct them to donate on the C/D website, on the UNGALA page. When they make a donation, ask them to indicate who they are donating in support of.
Remind them to leave their email address so that we can send them the link to the livestream. The team at C/D will provide donation receipts, and you can send out letters of thank you after the event.

Please review the following levels to determine what is best for you and your group or company. To make a gift, email Angela Williams at angela@cdmath.org. She will be in touch to confirm your sponsorship level, recognition, and benefits and provide event details.
The UNGALA provides donor perks and recognition to encourage and recognize donor and sponsor contributions.
Each donation level offers greater perks.
It’s C/D’s 23rd Anniversary! As an added perk Anniversary and Presenting Sponsorship levels receive tickets to attend C/D’s Driving Change Benefit, to be hosted in person on June 18, 2025.
